How to pay:
When buying through our website, you will be able to pay with credit card, PayPal or bank transfer and full payment will be required.
If you are placing an order through an offer sent to you by any of our sales agent, you will be requested to make a down payment of at least 50% of the total and the balance payment is to be made before shipping.

Changes to orders in production:
Adding items: it is possible to add items to orders in production up to two weeks before shipping date for stock items. If the item you would like to add needs to be produced from scratch, shipping date could vary.
Combining orders: it is possible to combine orders between clients, however, these orders have to be placed through a sales agent (not online). Combined orders are to be delivered to one address, all invoicing details and shipping details as well as desired products have to be defined in advance in order to provide the different offers with an accurate shipping cost.
Shipping address modifications: it is possible to change the shipping address as long as the order hasn’t left Galican, please note that shipping cost may vary according to the post code of delivery.
