Regular returns:
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought from us, you may return it within 15 days of the date it’s been delivered to you.
You can request a full refund of the price you have paid for the item(s) or a credit towards the purchase of a different product.
The product is to be returned to our warehouse in the same condition it’s been received, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. If you are requesting an exchange, you also have to pay for the new item(s) to be shipped to you.
Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the exception stated in the article 103 of the General Law of Defense of Consumers.
Refund will be made based on the original method of payment once the product has arrived at Galican warehouse and has been checked to be in perfect condition.

If you received a product that is defective or was shipped to you by mistake, please contact our after-sale service at support@galican.com
Pack the product(s) with the original packaging if possible and please be sure to remove the old shipping label or cover it completely.

The pick up will be arranged from our warehouse at our expense. The correct item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

All products sold by Galican Sport SL before December 31st, 2021 are covered by a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
All products sold by Galican Sport SL since January 1st, 2022 are covered by a 3 year warranty on manufacturing defects.
Our products are carefully assembled with attention to detail to ensure good quality standards under normal use and proper care.
This warranty does not cover your product if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended design.
Warranty extends to the original purchaser, please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty is not transferable.

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction:
Sales conditions will be read and governed according to the Spanish legislation, which will be applicable in all matters that are not covered in this document.
For all matters or differences which may arise between the Parties, both agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña, Spain, renouncing their own legislation area if may correspond.
